Life was hard for most Roman citizens 2000 years ago, with child slaves and servants working from dawn till dusk. We won’t be slave drivers but we will certainly keep our visitors busy with Roman Activities.

Whilst gladiators fought wild animals, and each other, at the Roman Games in Wroxeter, we prefer to remember Dr William Penny Brookes and the Much Wenlock Olympiad, the birth of the Modern Olympic Games.  Our Races and Competitions will challenge your youngsters and hopefully tire them for bed.
