Wedding Costs
We appreciate that wedding costs can mount up and aim to be transparent and honest with our costs. You will be offered a formal quote when you visit to discuss your plans and will not be hit with any nasty little surprises when it comes to the bill. Our pricing structure is based on a straight forward cost per head as we believe this is the fairest way and the easiest to calculate – all items are optional and you only pay for what you want! In most cases there is no facilities or room hire charge.
At The Wroxeter you’re guaranteed the best value for money and options to suit every budget. How much your wedding will cost depends on a number of factors including the day of the week you want to get married on (we offer significant discounts for Sundays and weekdays), the time of year you want to get married in and the kind of food and drink you would like to offer your guests.
If you are looking for a less expensive option, you may consider having a later wedding and then straight into an evening party. For 100 guests on a Friday (or on a Saturday out of peak season) this can cost as little as £1,500.
Alternatively a wedding for 50 day guests and 100 night guests on a Saturday in June may cost between £3,500 and £5,000.
