Whether you’re planning the office “do” for a hundred guests or a relaxed festive meal out with friends, The Wroxeter has plenty to offer.

As well as delicious food and outstanding service we offer a choice of beautifully decked rooms of various sizes to make sure your party or Christmas meal has the perfect atmosphere. Our festive lunch offering is very popular with clubs and societies whilst our dinner dance party nights (see festive evening menu) are legendary. Remember everything we do can be tailored to meet your requirements and we would be delighted to talk to you about your plans!

3 Night Christmas Break

Come and be spoilt at The Wroxeter Hotel this Christmas. What better way to spend the festive period than being well and truly looked after in the heart of the English countryside. From afternoon tea on the 23rd to an indulgent smoked salmon breakfast on Boxing Day, this is how Christmas should be!

• Arrive on the 23rd December and settle in with afternoon tea before enjoying a three course evening meal from our a la carte winter menu with the option of theatre or pantomime in nearby Shrewsbury.

• Enjoy a leisurely full English or continental breakfast on Christmas Eve with the option of a guided walk in the Shropshire Hills; lunch; three course evening meal; midnight mass with sherry on return.

• Start Christmas day with a full English or continental breakfast, spend some time exploring Wroxeter’s historic gems before a fabulous 5 course Christmas lunch served until 2.00pm. Relax in our comfortable lounge or take a stroll to walk off lunch. Then if you can find room, join other residents for a festive evening buffet!

• Depart Boxing Day after a smoked salmon breakfast or extend your stay for £70.00pppn dinner, bed and breakfast or £45.00pppn bed and breakfast (The extension rates apply should you wish to arrive earlier than the 23rd December.
